Microphone access
Open your browser or device privacy settings, allow microphone access for BonjourPro, then return to Talk or a speaking task. The microphone is used only after you tap a recording or live-conversation control.
Live AI will not connect
Confirm that you are signed in, your Plus or Exam Pro membership is active, and your internet connection is stable. Browser speaking, reading, and writing practice remain available when the realtime service is unavailable.
Progress on another device
Open Account & sync and sign in with the same email. After the secure email link returns you to BonjourPro, local and cloud lesson progress are merged and best checkpoint results are preserved.
Exam simulation
Listening audio plays once in exam mode. Each section has its own timer. Writing and speaking are saved for rubric or instructor review and are not converted to an official score.
Billing and cancellation
Open Profile, choose your membership, then use billing management to update payment details or cancel renewal. The payment provider shows the current price, billing date, taxes, and status.
Reset, export, or delete data
Profile can export or reset learning data stored on the device. Signed-in learners can download or permanently delete synchronized account data from Account & sync.
Contact support
A verified support address and response hours must be added here when the BonjourPro domain and business mailbox are activated. That is an external launch step; the product support workflow is otherwise prepared.
