BonjourPro provides original French lessons and practice informed by NCLC skill progression. It does not guarantee a particular score, language level, immigration outcome, admission decision, job result, or test question match.
No official affiliation
BonjourPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Le français des affaires, France Éducation international, TEF Canada, or TCF Canada. Simulations use original prompts and unofficial readiness feedback.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and devices, and use the service lawfully. You may not bypass paid-access controls, misuse AI or microphone features, scrape course content, disrupt the service, share an individual account commercially, or infringe another person's rights.
Memberships
The Free tier requires no payment card and does not expire. Paid memberships have no free trial. Payment is taken when you subscribe, access opens immediately, and the membership renews for the billing period shown at checkout until you cancel. Price, currency, taxes, renewal date, and cancellation controls are displayed by the payment provider before you confirm.
Payments for paid memberships are final and non-refundable, including for unused time and for cancellation part-way through a period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues through the period you have already paid for. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived. See the refund policy.
AI limitations
AI speech recognition, pronunciation feedback, translations, and explanations may be incomplete or incorrect. Use course feedback as practice, verify high-stakes information independently, and never treat the instructor as a doctor, lawyer, immigration representative, crisis service, or emergency responder.
Content and licence
BonjourPro and its licensors retain rights in the application, lessons, visuals, audio, prompts, and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service while these terms apply. You retain rights in your own responses and grant the permissions needed to process them for the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change to improve learning quality, safety, reliability, or legal compliance. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Material membership changes will be communicated as required.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Final governing-law, dispute, refund, and business-identity clauses must be completed for the launch jurisdiction before public release.

This is the complete in-product terms structure. The verified legal business name, address, contact email, governing law, refund policy, and store-specific terms must be inserted when the business and distribution accounts are created.
